Hearing movement or finding droppings is a reason to inspect. We look for rodent activity around accessible rooflines, utility openings, garages, and other likely access areas.

An exterior management program may include secured stations and regular monitoring. Active indoor problems may call for trapping and a separate exclusion proposal based on the openings and conditions we identify.

You receive an explanation of what we found and a prioritized plan. Larger repairs, attic remediation, and other work outside the quoted scope are discussed separately.
