Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, property type, service interest, and any message you provide. Please avoid including payment information or other sensitive details in this form.
Honest Cares applications
When you apply for Honest Cares, we also collect your service address, pest concern, and a brief explanation of your circumstances. We use these details to review applications, contact applicants, and coordinate assistance. Please do not provide financial documents, bank details, Social Security numbers, or medical records. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing. Filming is voluntary and is not required to receive assistance.
Advertising inquiries
Our advertising inquiry form also collects your service address, requested services, inspection preference, and any business type you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, discuss services, and coordinate follow-up. An inquiry is not an appointment or agreement to purchase service. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in the website’s protected owner area. Once email delivery is connected, service inquiries are sent to our office inbox and Honest Cares applications are sent to the program’s separate inbox. Our website hosting, database, and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Access to the owner area is restricted to authorized accounts.
Basic website activity
We count phone-button clicks and saved inquiries by date and website page to understand which parts of the site are useful. These counts do not identify individual visitors and do not confirm that a phone call was completed. The site uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions; it does not add advertising cookies or build visitor profiles.
Links to other services
Google reviews and our customer portal open services with their own privacy practices. Signing in to the owner area uses ChatGPT authentication. Those services may use cookies and process account information according to their own policies.
