Our general pest program addresses common household invaders such as many ants, American roaches, spiders, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, and other covered pests. We identify the activity before deciding how to treat it.

The initial service includes a FREE Healthy Home Inspection — a $750 value — and interior and exterior treatment. We recommend interior treatment no less than three times a year. Exterior treatment is the most important part of prevention because it targets pests before they come inside. The product indoors is not weather-beaten, so it lasts longer inside. Ongoing visits focus on exterior protection, with interior attention based on activity and your property.

Your Certified Applicator explains what is covered, what to expect after treatment, and which prevention steps can help. Specialty pests and full-yard programs are quoted separately.

What to expect

Your first follow-up is generally scheduled within 30–45 days. Treatment methods, visit timing, and warranty coverage follow your service agreement and the products used.
