What should I expect my Certifed Applicator to deliver at my Initial Service?
Regarding your inquiry about the Initial Service from our Certified Applicator, here’s what you can expect

Why does Honest only offer monthly treatments?

Our decision to offer monthly treatments is based on a combination of factors, including our extensive experience in the industry and the evolving nature of pest behavior and product effectiveness. As climate change has significantly impacted pest reproduction and tolerance to treatments. Many product manufacturers now recommend more frequent applications to maintain consistent protection.
In the past, when seasons were more predictable, bi-monthly or quarterly treatments may have been sufficient. However, with the unpredictable weather patterns we experience today, the effectiveness of exterior treatments can be significantly reduced by rain, extreme temperatures, and other environmental factors. This can leave your home vulnerable to pest infestations.
By offering monthly treatments, we can ensure that your home remains consistently protected throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions. Our 100% guarantee and free warranty services further demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction.
Why does Honest only service Monday - Friday?

Why does Honest only offer two service time wondows either morning or evening?
Currently, Honest Pest Services operates with two primary service windows Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. These windows were established to optimize our technicians’ routes and ensure efficient service for our customers.
We understand that the scheduled service times may not always be perfectly convenient for everyone. However, offering morning (to noon) and afternoon (to evening) service windows allows our Certified Applicators to provide efficient service without feeling rushed to get to their next appointment. This flexibility also helps accommodate unexpected occurrences such as flat tires, accidents, traffic delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Why does Honest only offer year round Mosquito treatments?
It’s a common misconception that pests disappear during the winter. However, the truth is that our warm homes provide ideal nesting grounds for pests like mosquitoes, even in the coldest months. These pests seek shelter in weep holes, eaves, standing water, and other hidden areas to stay warm and reproduce.
The reason you might see mosquitoes in the middle of winter is due to temperature fluctuations and climate changes. Mosquitoes can become active at temperatures as low as 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and their eggs can survive in dormant states until warmer weather arrives. Even a winter storm can create stagnant water that allows mosquito eggs to hatch.
Also Aedes eggs known as time-capsules, laid in the summer and fall can easily hatch in water that settles after a winter storm, or simply from watering plants. So while it looks like mosquito numbers decrease during the cold season, stagnant water and climate changes is a major factor that can increase active.
Therefore, it’s important to remain vigilant about pest control throughout the year, regardless of the season.
Does Honest have early termination fees?
Yes. We do have an early termination fee during the first year of your contract. The fee is $150.
After the initial 12-month period, you are free to cancel your service at any time without incurring any penalties.
How does your warranty/ guarantee services work?
Essentially, it ensures that you don’t have to pay for additional services if any pest issues arise between our scheduled treatments. We will come out and address any problems at no extra cost to you.
Do Honest employee undergo background checks?
Yes, all of our employees undergo thorough criminal background checks as part of our hiring process. We take safety and security very seriously, and this is just one of the measures we have in place to ensure the well-being of our clients.
Is Honest Pest Services insured?
Yes, our company is fully insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our clients and our employees.
